Custom or made-to-order items are produced individually for each customer. Once production has begun, such orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of an error confirmed on our part.
ORDERS

Production begins only after the payment has been successfully received.
Orders may be canceled by the customer within 24 hours after payment for a full refund.
Orders with incomplete or failed payments may be canceled at our discretion.
Custom or made-to-order items are produced individually for each customer. Once work on a custom order has begun, such orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of an error confirmed on our part.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production of each item takes approximately 5-7 business days after payment.
Complex or multiple-item orders may require up to 14 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery time (Standard Airmail): 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and postal service performance.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Tavaron Leather is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us, we’ll do our best to assist and find a fair solution.
