Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized products, including modified designs cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of a confirmed error or defect.
To start a return, please contact us via the contact form before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assess the issue and offer a fair solution (repair, replacement, or refund when applicable).
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to the custom nature of the products. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order once the return (if eligible) has been approved.
For returns initiated for reasons other than defect or our error, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional associated fees.
Refunds
If your return is approved and the product passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
