Shipping policy

Production and shipping timeline: The production process begins only after the payment has been successfully received. Each item is handmade and usually ships within 5-7 business days after purchase.
Complex or multiple-item orders may require up to 14 business days to process before shipping.

Delivery estimate (Standard Airmail): 10-20 business days.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and postal service performance.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. The shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or unclaimed packages: If your order does not arrive, please contact us, we’ll do our best to assist and find a fair solution.
